200 Mile Summer: Let's Go!

It’s a wrap! The month is over and I’m planning my summer of running. Last month had its challenges. At the start of the month I was all in on running my 50 miles. But 18 days later, I had logged a total of just seven of them. Life comes at you fast, amirite? So instead of letting it slide I made myself accountable to hit my goal. That meant running for two weeks straight with zero rest days. Now with this new month I have a clean slate to do it all over again. I'm aiming for 200 miles this summer. I'll post a monthly recap at the end of each month and talk about my wins and the challenges. Should be fun, and there will be sweat! You can always see more on Instagram @fitmedaily.
